BUYERS AND SELLERS

Your home is probably one of the largest investments you’ll ever make, so buying or selling a home should be a special experience. As an agent, I know that your real estate needs are unique, and my goal is for you to have the most stress-free experience possible. I can promise you excellent communication, compassion, honesty, and integrity. Most importantly: I’m on your side throughout the whole process. Focusing on your needs and interests, I’ll give you the best care and service during your home buying or selling process. Together, we’ll come up with a plan just for you, and we’ll make your dreams reality.

If you are a buyer: My personal knowledge of the area, combined with the extensive resources Howard Hanna Krall has to offer, will jumpstart the process of finding you the home of your dreams.

If you are a seller: I can offer you many services (ask me more about them!), but I will start with scheduling a confidential consultation, collecting data about comparable properties, and recommending a Current Market Value (CMV) of your property.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

I have always been interested in the real estate business so when I became an empty nester, I decided it was the right time to take the next step in my career. I came into the business with 20+ years of experience in workforce development, specializing in quality assurance and compliance monitoring.

I was born and raised in Lebanon County and have seen the area grow and develop. My husband of 30+ years, Mike, and I have raised our amazing twin daughters here. Brittani lives in Cleona, Brandi lives in Virginia Beach, and both are creative professionals. The craziest member of our family has four legs—Girl (yes, that's her name), a border collie, husky, German shepherd, and lab mix, has been part of our family for over 12 years and loves all the attention she can get. My family is a great support system and has taught me so many things in life that are useful in this business: passion, organization, time management, balance, and a whole lot of patience!

One of my favorite things to do is spend quality time with family and friends. Oftentimes, you’ll find me outdoors: working around the yard, sitting on my deck or by a campfire, collecting shells on a beach, or on occasion, golfing with friends. I have a true appreciation and passion for anything antique—my sister and I used to manage a shop in a local antique mall. I’m also an energetic supporter of charities near and dear to my heart: Four Diamonds, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and Caitlin’s Smiles.
